About the Show
Our theme is Bookmarked – stories of plot twists, strong characters, and the tales that won’t let go. These are stories about the stories – a true tale that features a literary work as a key character or element. Like backpacking across Europe with a beat up copy of Les Miserables, riding a midlife crisis with Atwood by your side, or that piece of slam poetry that changed your life forever.

Confabulation is a live, true-life storytelling event. Each month, our guest storytellers tell their autobiographical tales around a theme, without notes, props, or gimmicks. The stories are funny, thoughtful, heart-wrenching, and above all honest.
