Facility Rental

Thank you for your interest in Centaur Theatre.  We are fully booked for the remainder of this season and all of season 23/24.  Please check back with us in the Spring of 2024.

Centaur Theatre is an ideal venue for theatrical productions as well as corporate events. We are conveniently located in the heart of Old Montreal, in the elegant and historic Old Stock Exchange building. Centaur is easily accessible by Métro and close to ample parking, major hotels and fine restaurants.

Centaur Theatre has two fully equipped performance spaces and a reception area available for rent. Centaur 1 is an intimate black box theatre with seating for 241 on a steep rake. Centaur 2 has a proscenium stage with a small thrust, and seats 422. The Centaur Gallery is available in a variety of configurations.

Our professional and courteous staff is available to assist you with detailed planning of your event. Both theatres and the Gallery are wheelchair accessible.

With the rental of our theatres we provide:

• Front-of-House services including ushers, coat check facilities, and availability of the concession stand and fully licensed cash bar in the Centaur Gallery.
  
  
• Box Office services including a telephone reservation system, ticket sellers for each performance, and detailed weekly box office revenue reports.
