Why isn’t Centaur Theatre offering traditional subscriptions this season?
Given the changes over the past year, the theatre experience will be a little different this season, which is why we are offering something new. We hope the membership option will offer our Centaur community a more flexible way of participating in Centaur’s 53rd season.
How many memberships should we purchase per household?
Households are encouraged to purchase one Go Live @ Centaur per person to benefit the most from becoming members.
I’ve never been a subscriber and do not currently hold Centaur credits. How can I become a member?
As there are limited memberships available, we are offering our past subscribers, donors, and current credit holders first choice. We hope to offer memberships to the general public in the near future. In the meantime, if you are interested in becoming a member, please call or email the box office and we will put you on a waiting list.
How long is my Membership valid?
The “Go Live @ Centaur” membership is valid for the entirety of our 53rd season, which ends June 30th, 2022.
Why is there a date attached to my membership(s)?
Our online ticketing system is set up to sell memberships like a regular ticket. The date is a placeholder. You can ignore it.
When can I book my discount tickets?
We will be revealing the details of our season later this summer, at which time you will receive an email with all of the information. At that time, you will be able to access your account and purchase your discounted tickets.
Once I have purchased my membership, how do I book my discount tickets?
You will receive an update by email when member tickets go on sale. You will need to log into your account to access your membership discount prior to selecting your seats.

I’m having trouble logging in to my Centaur account. What should I do?
If you have purchased tickets through our online database, you will need to log in with the same email address information you used to purchase those tickets. Try resetting the password. If that doesn’t work, it is possible a different email address was used. Please contact the box office.
If you have never purchased tickets through our online ticketing system but receive our communications by email, you can create an account. As long as the email address you use to create your account matches the email address we have on file at the box office, your membership offer should be accessible.

Why am I not receiving emails from you?
Members will receive regular email communications from us in order to know what’s happening next at Centaur. You should automatically be added to our membership communications list, however, if for some reason you have been unsubscribed, or if you are not set up to receive communications from us, we unfortunately will not be able to contact you. Make sure to add us to your approved senders list and make sure to check your SPAM folder to make sure our emails aren’t there.

What is Centaur Theatre’s return/exchange policy?
Membership fees and tickets are non-refundable. Members can switch their performance dates up to 4 hours before the performance free of charge. Non-members are charged a $15.00 fee per exchanged ticket.
