Just Enough is based on a traditional Yiddish folktale. The story involves a grandmother who makes a quilt from the materials she has collected over the years, and gives it to her granddaughter. With each piece of fabric a memory is shared. Although she may not have much, she will always have just enough’ for a great story. For all ages.
Maggie Winston is a puppeteer, clown and community engaged artist. She is the founder and artistic director of Lost & Found Puppet Co., producing original performances about everything from lost socks to beavers’ dreams, to grandma’s memories in her recycled quilt. In addition to these productions, Maggie facilitates community engaged art projects and leads workshops for all ages and abilities. She is currently studying puppetry at l’UQÀM in the (DESS) en théâtre de marionnettes contemporain.
