About

Hat Trick is a staging of three books by acclaimed Canadian author Jon Klassen: I Want My Hat Back, This is Not My Hat, and We Found a Hat. The show features puppets, poems, songs, stories, dances, and crazy situations that will make even the most serious children laugh out loud.

Puppeteers John Nolan and Kathy MacLellan worked with six awesome collaborators, including two dancers, who will teach some fun steps that will have everyone up and moving to some amazing music! With dancers Nicola Fridgen and Sarah Hopkin from The School of Dance, musicians Patrick Kline (cello) and Reiko Lokker (violin) from 234 Strings, and multi-instrumentalists Russell Levia and Ainsley McNeaney.

Centaur is pleased to offer free on-demand viewing of a selection of theatre and animation digital projects throughout February and March. You will find the videos on the featured Children’s Series page on the listed dates. Watch them as many times as you like!
